My journey with Aire Global has been transformative, providing the clear sense of direction I had always been searching for. While my path wasn’t always linear – ranging from engineering interests to culinary arts – each experience helped me realise that my true passion lies in the creative industry. I often found myself gravitating toward the realm of graphic design, studying it at both college and university. After navigating various roles and challenges that tested my resilience, I am thrilled to finally be in an environment that actively celebrates and nurtures personal growth. Joining Aire Global feels like the perfect combination of my creative interests and professional goals.
Even though much of my previous experience didn’t directly correlate to my role here, the transferable skills I gained helped me successfully integrate into the team. This ranges from the problem-solving skills needed within the engineering sector to the ability to multitask under the pressure of working as a commis chef. However, I feel the biggest impact on my growth has been the amazing work environment. The team is fantastic and welcoming – they have been incredibly supportive throughout my training. No question is a stupid question here; everyone is always eager to help and make you feel welcome.
Reflecting on my progression over the past 100 days fills me with excitement for my future. When I began learning the basics and saw the list of leading consumer goods companies Aire partners with, I found it daunting. However, after learning how to complete technical checks and being coached by experienced team members, I began to feel at ease. Working on automated artwork assets, creating point-of-sale materials for the Kellogg’s team, and running automated workflows from start to finish has been an invaluable experience. I have learnt so much from the crew, and after being asked to join the new Aire Intelligent Technologies team, I find myself faced with even more fantastic opportunities. It is a massive leap for my career.
I have gone from being unsure of my success to being extremely confident and eager to learn more. I am grateful for the opportunities Aire Global has given me and excited for what is to come.
